I consent for this information to be retained until my child has joined cubs or has become scout age (which ever is earliest) or I ask for their name to be withdrawn. This form will be stored in a locked filing cabinet or an encrypted file either on a home PC or in an encrypted database provided by Online Scout Manager (OSM) and only be accessed by leaders within the beaver section. The data will not be used for any marketing or other reasons other than the waiting list.
